I was lucky enough to find Sandpoint many years ago and moved my family here. My two sons have had a wonderful life learning, growing and playing in this amazing place.
Schweitzer Ski Resort is a beautiful, uncrowded ski area with first class runs and great restaurants,
homes, condos and hotels. Lake Pend Oreille has trophy fishing, sailing, water sports, power boat races, waterfront homes, restaurants, islands and sandy beaches.
The area includes the towns of Sandpoint, Hope, Ponderay, Sagle, Naples, Bonners Ferry, Bayview, Priest River, Priest Lake and Coeur d’alene. We are surrounded by Forest Service, hiking trails, camping sites and numerous lakes and rivers. The Pend Oreille River flows into the Albeni Falls Dam which controls the water levels in the lake. There are beautiful waterfront homes all around the lake and on the river.
